Cancellation Policy

Other arrangements: cost of session after 4 hours will be billed in addition at $60/hr. Professional Organizer (PO) can remove garbage at a flat rate of $80 and donation items at a flat rate of $60, per truck load. Payments accepted: Cash, Check or E-Transfer, Credit Card (extra fees apply). E-Transfers: Please use email: mobetterorganized@outlook.com Maximum Damages: Client agrees that the maximum amount of damages from lost or discarded items he or she is entitled to in any claim relating to this Agreement or Services provided in this Agreement are not to exceed the Total Cost of Services provided by Provider. Cancellation Policy: We kindly request a 48-hours' notice for all cancellations so we may allow another valued client to take that time slot. Please email: mobetterorganized@outlook.com if you would like to cancel an appointment. As explained above, cancelled appointment(s) results in the retention of the deposit. Less than 24 hours notice or no shows results in the full amount being charge to your credit card. Cancellation Policy Due to Sickness: Your PO works with different vulnerable populations. This means that if you are sick or experiencing cold-like symptoms, please call to cancel and rebook your appointment. Your PO will not come on-site if you are sick and have not been symptom free for at least 3 days. Cancellation due to sickness results in the retention of the deposit. We respect your privacy: All information received from you is confidential. Although we will make recommendations, you retain all final decision-making authority. Smoking Policy: We kindly ask that any member in the house refrain from smoking in the house one hour prior to the visit and for the duration of the session. Scent Policy: We kindly ask that any member in the house refrain from lighting scented candles, incenses or harsh fragrances in the house one hour prior to the visit and for the duration of the session. Animal Policy: ​We kindly ask that pets are placed outside or in a separate room at time of organizing. Please discuss with your PO if you have pets in the home. Cold Policy: Your PO holds the right at any point in time on-site to cancel the visit and retain the deposit if you are clearly exhibiting cold-like symptoms. Conduct Policy: There is no tolerance for vulgar language or violence towards towards Mo' Better Organized staff. If at any point the PO feels unsafe in the environment, the staff have the right to excuse themselves and RCMP may be called.
